I drank my shake yesterday like I said in my last post. Then I went out for lunch at Cheddars and ate chips, salsa and queso. Fried shrimp and rice pilaf and sweet baby carrots. I also drank a margarita. Then later that evening I ate a bowl of ice cream and drank 2 wine coolers. My weight was still 204.4 today. I made my shake today and then left it at home. I have my vitamins and fat fighters with me though for later.
