Broken scale=wrong weight :(

I was out at my moms this last weekend when I decided to check my weight on her scales. I haven't been excessively overeating or following my shakes/supplements schedule but what the scale said threw me for a loop. At first I told myself it wasn't correct and that was bc it was too high to be true. My scale hadn't been working for weeks but there is no way I gained 25 lbs! I had a doctor appointment a few days later and their scale said the same! No. I don't believe I gained 25lbs but I do believe I weigh more than my scale had been telling me. I'm getting it new batteries. So, I actually weigh 230 lbs and not 205. I think I gained five of those 25 lbs but I know it is impossible that I gained 25. I can still wear the same clothes. So after the initial shock I realized it doesn't matter where I start,  only where I end!  And so I am going to get back on the horse as some might say,  just as soon as I finish my meds. (Only bc they don't mix with dairy)

Back on track.

I drank my shake yesterday like I said in my last post. Then I went out for lunch at Cheddars and ate chips, salsa and queso. Fried shrimp and rice pilaf and sweet baby carrots. I also drank a margarita. Then later that evening I ate a bowl of ice cream and drank 2 wine coolers. My weight was still 204.4 today. I made my shake today and then left it at home. I have my vitamins and fat fighters with me though for later.

Holidays and diets are tough.

I haven't posted in a while bc I haven't been following my diet very well. I have been busy and skipped drinking my shake several days and just ate too much when I was enjoying a holiday meal. I had a couple of days that the scale was 207.0 but yesterday I had weighed only 204.4 so I was motivated to get back on track. I had my shake today and the day b4 yesterday. Yesterday I didn't bc I forgot to make it b4 I left for work. I also have had more heartburn during those overeating days. Hopefully I will remember that I have to stay in track so I can keep losing weight and not gain for the rest of this season.

Skipped a day

I skipped a day yesterday. I didn't drink my shake, instead I ate chicken helper chicken fried rice for lunch and forgot to take my vitamins. Then worked at night so went to Applebee's for dinner and had a bacon cheeseburger and onion rings and 2 glasses of wine. I also had a vanilla dipped in chocolate ice cream popsicle after lunch.
Tuesday I weighed the same 205.0
I remembered to take my vitamins and I had Mexican street tacos for lunch with Spanish rice and charro beans. I'm going to drink my shake tonight and take 2 regular pills before bed.

Wrapping up for the night.

I ate too much at the baby shower. I ate a delicious salad with vinaigrette dressing and "Mexican spaghetti". At least that's what I call it. It is spaghetti with a creamy sauce like Alfredo and ham and ground hamburger. Delicious! I also ate grapes and pineapple. And a big slice of tres leches (3 milks) cake. It is made with condensed milk, powdered milk and real milk is poured over it after it is cooked. YUMMY! So now that I'm home I have taken two fat fighters to block 1/3 of the fat and carbs from my big meal. Oh and I drank a small long island iced tea ;)
Now since it has been several days since I wrapped (Thursday) I'm going to put on a wrap and sleep with it on.
I am posting my current measurements. Top middle and bottom
My starting measurements on 10/10/12 were 48 1/2 top, 51 middle, 54 1/2 bottom.
Today you can see in the pics what I measured. I will re-measure in 3 days.
I'm also going to take 2 regular pills tonight b4 I go to bed bc since starting the shakes I'm a little constipated. More fiber in my diet. This is good but it makes the go more difficult.

Today is the first day of the rest of my life

I lost 16 1/2 inches after 3 wraps in 2 weeks and 3 lbs. I have been using a wrap every 4-7 days on my abdomen area. I lose 3-4" every time. I was unable to fit into size 20W when I started and now I can fit into size 16. I was stagnated at 210 lbs and decided to try the It Works shakes.  I drank a shake for the first time for my breakfast/lunch on 12/7/12. I had a steak and enchilada dinner but I only ate half. I did eat some m&m's too. I was surprised to see that I lost 5lbs the first day. I will weigh every day. My first day was Friday, December 7. I weighed 210.4. Saturday morning I weighed 205.4. Saturday I drank another shake for am meal and had Zio's spicy chicken alfredo (1/3) and a caesar salad and 1/2 of a loaf of bread for dinner. I also had a bag of movie theater butter popcorn for a late night snack. I weighed Sunday 205.0. Lost .4 pounds. Today is Sunday and I drank my shake this morning and I'm about to eat dinner at a baby shower. I will post exactly what I eat later. I also started taking the It Works daily vitamin. They claim to help with cravings and addictions. I have picked up smoking again. I started again about 3 months ago bc of stress. I smoke 2 packs a week. We will see if the vitamin helps me. For the shake I mix 2 scoops with 16 oz of milk. And add ice. Check back every day for updates.
